Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup gluten free plain flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 125gm butter
- 800gm tin apple pie filling
Method
- Preheat oven to 160’C and grease a pie dish.
- Put apple in pie dish.
- Rub butter in dry mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Bake until top is crunchy.
