Gluten Free Apple Crumble


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup gluten free plain flour
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 125gm butter
  • 800gm tin apple pie filling

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160’C and grease a pie dish.
  2. Put apple in pie dish.
  3. Rub butter in dry mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake until top is crunchy.
