- 397gm Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 eggs
- 50gm unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- Preheat oven to 175’C and line a 18 cm springform cake pan.
- Mix condensed milk, flour, baking powder, eggs and butter in a bench mixer until combined.
- Place cake mixture in cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow cake to cool in pan.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve with berries and cream or custard.
