Gluten Free Condensed Milk Cake


  • 397gm Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 50gm unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 175’C and line a 18 cm springform cake pan.
  2. Mix condensed milk, flour, baking powder, eggs and butter in a bench mixer until combined.
  3. Place cake mixture in cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Allow cake to cool in pan.
  5. Dust with icing sugar and serve with berries and cream or custard.
