My Gluten Free Chicken & Bacon Pasta

Serves 6


  • 340gm Barilla Gluten Free Penne Pasta
  • 500gm chicken, cubed and cooked
  • 4 bacon rashers, chopped and cooked
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pesto basil sauce to taste


  1. Cook pasta as per packet directions, strain and place in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small skillet over a medium heat, add oil and onions and cook for one minute.  Add zucchini and cook until tender. Add pasta, chicken and bacon.
  3. Add pepper and pesto sauce, to taste. Toss to combine and serve.
