Christmas Recipe – Christmas Parfait


A light dessert perfect for Christmas Day!

Ingredients

  • 250gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 200gm vanilla yoghurt
  • 5 kiwi fruit, cubed
  • 2 punnets strawberries, sliced
  • passionfruit for garnish

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Fold through yoghurt.
  3. Layer in glasses with fruit and garnish with passionfruit.
