Chocolate Log – Gluten Free

Not only is this no bake, gluten free Chocolate Log so yummy, but it is super easy to make.



  1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla and set aside.
  2. Mix cocoa powder, hot water, sugar and liqueur in a bowl.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream on the top of a serving plate.
  4. Dunk the biscuits into the chocolate water mixture and layer together horizontally in a log shape, sandwiching together with whipped cream.
  5. Cover the biscuit log with the remainder of the whipped cream and decorate with grated chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate and allow to set.
