Ingredients
- 10 Weet-Bix or 12 Gluten Free Weet-Bix
- 1 cup of sultanas
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon rum essence or 2 tablespoons rum
- 397gm can condensed milk
- dessicated coconut for coating
Method
- Blitz Weet-Bix in a food processor until small crumbs form.
- Add sultanas, mixed peel, vanilla, rum and condensed milk and pulse until mixture combines.
- Roll teaspoon sized balls with your hands and coat with coconut. Store in refrigerator.
