Tropical Breakfast

Serves 4


  • 1 cup frozen tropical fruits
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon banana flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 270ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup gluten free cereal
  • Optional toppings: strawberries, blueberries, banana or organic flaked coconut


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a tall cup and blitz to create a tropical smoothie, preferably in a Kambrook Blitz2Go.
  2. Layer with tropical smoothie, gluten free cereal and choice of toppings.
