Banana Flour Product Review

While I was creating a Gluten Free/Paleo recipe for banana pancakes, I stumbled across Banana Flour. Banana Flour is a good source of fibre and has a unique taste. It can be added to any baking, biscuits or smoothies and can also be used as a thickening agent.image

Banana Flour most importantly is gluten free and can be used as a replacement for wheat flour. The ratio is 2/3 cup Banana Flour for every cup of wheat flour.

Banana Flour can be purchased at a health food shop and is also available online.
